CONFIDENTIALITY
We know how important it is to keep our clients safe and secure in their own homes and this aspect of our work is embedded into our office policies when it comes to storing their information.
The devices we use to pass rotas and details of homecare visits onto our staff are pin and password protected, and all our workers have a clear understanding of our confidentiality policy, that they abide by at all times.

Information about our clients is shared with our staff on a need to know basis and done in a secure and safe way. And in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 we only pass on the details our clients' have consented to being shared.
