We take this aspect of our work extremely seriously and log all details of our homecare visits electronically, for ease and accuracy.

The software we use allows us to track individual staff throughout their working shift. Having this up to the minute location information allows us to inform service users if for example, their carer is delayed from getting to them due to traffic.

​

Our staff use work assigned mobile phones to log onto our system electronically, letting office staff know when they have arrived at a client's home, and what time they leave. This information is then used to raise a client's invoice. 

​

Client details are stored safely and securely and all staff abide by our strict confidentiality agreement.
